Dear Emerson

Dear Emerson,

I can hardly "believe" we have been so very blessed by your presence for one year! Words cannot describe the joy we all receive just by your sweet smile, "big" cheeks, and your feisty little attitude. We love you so much and thank God each and every day for you, and your brothers and sisters. Happy birthday, sweet, sweet princess!! We love you more and more each second of the day!

Let's reminisce.....

This is one of your first pictures...boy have you come a long way!!

This is your first bath given by the nurse in the hospital...you were only 30 minutes old!

Here you are in Mommy's hospital room...only a few hours old. This was your first sponge bath at home...the towel was a bit big! Here I am!! Look at those big cheeks...deliciously kissable!!! Happy Thanksgiving, 2007! One week old. Here is your first visit with Santa...our very own Oompa came for a photo shoot when you were 8 days old. Here is your first snow...January 2008Happy Valentine's Day, 2008! Who needs candy with a "yummy" face like yours?!

Berklie was so sweet...I will never forget this. She was so concerned that Emerson was too cold while we were in Steamboat skiing. Maybe she was!? Priceless!!Happy Saint Patty's day, Em!!Thank goodness Spring has arrived...your first visit to the park, and you LOVED it!!

6 months old already!!

Emerson's first feeding of solid food...she really thought it was too much work, and spit out rice cereal, and bananas.
Look what the Easter bunny left!

Summer time fun!!!

You are a bouncing girl!! You still love to bounce!

Emerson loves to show us her teeth!

We had two beach trips over the summer, and you loved it! You really loved the fish we used for table decorations for the 7Th grade social.

You are the best horse show baby, ever!!

You are the cutest pumpkin in the whole patch! Mommy and Daddy's little pumpkin!
Happy Halloween! My sweet, little Minnie Mouse!

Happy First Birthday, Em! What a year this has been! It went so quickly, we loved each second of it, and wish you a lifetime of love, blessings, and happiness!!

" May the Lord bless and keep you the whole year through!"
