A Day At The Park

We arrived at the park, the only ones there....

"OH, WEEEE-HAAAAA!! FATSER,FATSER,FATSER...." No, not faster, it's FATSER! Brighton was hilarious! First of all, he has worn this hat since he got dressed today...He is a "BEEBALL PAYER" and he's going to "STAFFEY'S GAME!" Secondly, I am going to BURN those Crocs...I love you Mom, and you know I appreciate them so much! The wood chips get in the holes of the shoes and Brighton starts screaming "POOP IS IN MY SHOE...YUCK!!! HEELLLPPP, ME!!!" Good thing the playground was empty. We have lots of poopin' going around here! We have potty talk going on all day long...if you hang with the Q's, you just accept it, and move on! And third thing is, he thinks the baby part of the playground is for, well..."BABIES!" He wanted Emerson to get in all of the rides, as they called them. He wanted to climb up the rock wall, go on the see-saw, swing from the monkey bars, and yes, throw that "POOP" (wood chips) all over the place!

WOO HOO...I "FIE" as Brighton says...

Hey, Emmie can "fie" too!!
Not so bad, once you get the hang of it!

This is the life!

This is one little girl who is not scared one bit of a 900 pound pony, but was terrified of the swing and slide when she first tried it out. Look at her face, the pictures were taken in a rapid sequence. Then...that "SCARY RIDE," as Berklie called it, stopped!

"What's the big deal with this ride? It doesn't move!"

Hey, Berklie..."This is the BABY slide!!"

This swinging thing is actually pretty fun!

We would rather be riding ponies though!!!

The Biggest One, Yet!

We went for our 5 month check up, should have been 4, but we had the flu going around here after we got home from skiing, so we were a little behind. Emerson is the only baby we have EVER had that is in her 40-50th percentile! She weighs in at a whopping 14 lbs. 2 oz. Liam Sweeney, I finally made you a wife! I know you were this big when you were a month old, and I have always envied your Mom! She is even is in her 40th % in height! Boy, am I proud! Old MacDonald had a farm, and yes...it's a good old fashioned dairy farm, and Mommy is the head cow...milk cow that is!

This is Berklie at 4 months old. She definitely takes after her Daddy! I won't be sharing any bikini pictures to prove it!
Brighton at 4 months. He has always been around 1-2 pounds bigger than Berklie.

I had to order bigger bloomers for her chunky thighs...poor girl, they are just so delicious though!!
This was quite cute...every morning we have snuggle time. Brighton LOVES to "hold baby" and Berklie just wants him to "put Mommy's baby DOWN!" A rare moment when Berklie actually let Emerson sit in between she and Brighton. Look at her smile..I am not sure if she was actually genuine in her happiness.

Brighton and "BAYYYBEEE." I absolutely adore the way he always worries about her,and wants her with him.

One of our daily adventures

It is a daily occurrence here..."we go VVVRROOMMM!!" This means it is time for a ride in the hood on the golf cart...Brighton and Berklie's favorite family activity! The problem is this...we need a BIGGER cart! We pack the whole family, plus a 100 pound Newfoundland on there, the tires go flat, and the engine starts smokin'! Anyone in the golf cart business? We have our very own "racetrack" around the house and we drive like maniacs...well, as fast as old red can take us,which to the twins and Emerson is VERY fast...Stanton and Stafford can beat us any old time!
Brighton spotted a BALL and we had to stop everything!! He was so happy, he decided to give Berklie a kiss!! I tell you, God should give everyone twins!!! They are AMAZING!!
I had to add this picture because not only does it show the true LOVE Brighton has for his ball, but...those Means genes sure are strong, and I think he has a triplet in his cousin Andy! I have to say, they are both so handsome!! Missy, what do you think?!

Emerson was smart, and sat back on the porch and watched all of this madness!!

This was also so funny!! The Canadian geese fly over our house each night around 7:00. The twins actually have started looking for them, which I think is so beautiful! Well...Brighton screeches.."Berkes here de come!!! Our burdss...they come! Hellooo burdeezzz"

There they are!!

Brighton runs as fast as he can after them yelling"where are yuz coming? Come BACK!!! Mommy get dem!!!!"

They are gone, but I still have my ball! Maybe they will say longer tomorrow!
***Some of you might wonder where Stanton was in these pictures. She was playing with Aunt Laurel (plus baby in belly...yeah-you know how I love a baby!!), Uncle Robert, and Mason for a little bit of Spring break, horsey fun!! Thanks Aunt Lala for having her...she was EXHAUSTED (mean and crabby), I sent her to bed at 8:30... which means she had so much fun!!!
